    4. Content Compliance: The Client agrees that any material uploaded will comply with legal requirements and the Platform's standards.
    5. Prohibited Activities: The Client shall further not:
      1. Upload malicious files or disrupt the Platform's operation.
      2. Engage in activities that disrupt access to the Platform or interfere with its security.
      3. Interfere with transactions or other users' access.
      4. Upload infringing or unauthorized material.
      5. Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
      6. Distribute illegal or objectionable material.
      7. Download files that cannot be legally distributed.
      8. Modify, copy, or sell information obtained from the Platform.
  9. Governing Law
    1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur.
